Pat Bennett Race Cars officially opened the doors for business in the spring of 1994 to serve the need of local racers. It wasn't long before we had gained attention from racers up and down the East Coast. We quickly outgrew our 1200 sq. ft. shop.
In the summer of 1996, we purchased 5 acres of land on Virginia Route 29 North and began construction on a 4800 sq. ft. purpose built building, convinced at the time we had more than we would ever need. That quickly proved to be wrong. It didn't take long to fill it up with a 8800 pound surface plate. mills. lathes. cold saws. drill presses, tubing notchers, tube benders, 4 TIG machines, complete metal formatting area with brakes, shears, roller, etc. We hope to more than double our size in the spring of 2006.
We stock a large amount of tubing sheet aluminum, sheet steel, carbon sheet, Aeroquip fittings, hiems, specialty fasteners, steering brakes, fuel cells, etc. All the parts it takes to complete a truly one of a kind professionally built race car. BACK TO TOP

EVEN THOUGH we opened for business in 1994, our involvement in drag racing, the construction of cars and the parts to build these cars goes back to the 70's. In our 25 plus years in the sport, Pat Bennett Race Cars has been involved with all classes of racing from Pro Stock, Pro Modified, Top Sportsman, Competition Elimination, Super Stock, Bracket Racing, and Fastest Street Car racing. Everyone on our staff are racers and know what it takes to build you a winning race car -- or just answer a question to help get you from the starting line to the winners circle. Long after the sale, you will always be able to count on Pat Bennett Race Cars for service and advice, tuning tips, and updates. At Pat Bennett Race Cars, we truly enjoy what we do. Taking care of our clients after the sale is more important to use than any shock adjustments or 4-link setup. BACK TO TOP |
